We are looking for old band posters/photos/flyers to put up around the room.

Classic posters of classic bands most welcome - These posters do not have to be from the Greenroom - in fact, we’d prefer if they weren’t.. So if you have your old Megadeath poster sitting in the cornor of your cupboard next to your karate suit, camping equipment and skateboard, let it go to a new home!!

If you would like to donate pre loved posters, please drop them into Better Music and let them know that they are for gaz… (more…)

The Canberra Times are reporting that the UC radio station Cue FM is now doing live internet streaming. There’s no link in the CT story, so here’s the Cue FM site. The CT story mentions the streaming link is “hidden in the bottom right hand corner”, though for the life of me…I can’t find it. Check it out, maybe you can!

Two of Melbournes premier progressive rock acts, Bushido and Sleep Parade are teaming up to share the stage on a double bill East Coast tour in late June and July. Proudly presented by Oz Prog.com the tour is to take in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Wollongong, Byron Bay and the Gold Coast. Having last come off East Coast tours with Karnivool , Many Machines on Nine and Dead Letter Circus and releasing the acclaimed Eye Of The Storm single(MGM), late last year, Bushido have recently been busy wrapping up preproduction for their debut album, due for release later this year. This is the bands first set of shows since the MM9 run and they are busting at the seams to get some of the new songs into the wider live arena. If recent responses to new tracks are any indication, add to this the intensity of the bands excitement to showcase some more and this tour promises big things for punters! (more…)
